Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling an appointment, using our services, or making a payment, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP provides mobile mechanic services, including but not limited to oil changes, brake repairs, diagnostics, and general automotive maintenance.

2. Appointments and Online Scheduling

Customers may schedule appointments via our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, emergencies, or unavailability of parts.

3. Payment Terms

- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A valid credit card may be required to secure an appointment.

4. Non-Payment and Vehicle Ownership Rights

- If a Customer fails to pay for services rendered, AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is made in full.
- If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, the Company may take legal action, including but not limited to placing a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle in accordance with Oklahoma state laws.
- The Customer agrees to reimburse AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP for any legal fees, storage fees, and collection costs incurred in recovering the unpaid balance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where services were not performed as agreed.

6. Liability and Warranties

-AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP guarantees its workmanship for 90 days. Any defects due to faulty workmanship will be corrected at no additional charge.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, subsequent failures unrelated to our services, or any damages resulting from deferred maintenance.

7. Customer Responsibilities

-Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues before service begins.
-Customers must ensure a safe and accessible working environment for our mechanics.

8. Dispute Resolution

-Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

9. Amendments

-AEY AUTOMOTIVE LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
